Important Event Policies
To ensure a peaceful and premium experience for our guests and maintain the high quality of our grounds, we adhere to the following event guidelines:
- Guest Limit: Our facilities are optimized for small, intimate gatherings (up to 40-50 outdoor day guests). Large commercial events are not hosted.
- BBQ Grill & Catering: Barbecue equipment is available upon early request for a nominal fee. Outside catering is welcome, and we can recommend excellent local chefs.
- Noise Control: Respecting the natural river atmosphere is a priority. Soft music and acoustic instruments are permitted, but loud DJ speakers are restricted after 10 PM.
- Advance Arrangements: Event coordination, setup, and usage of sports facilities for groups must be booked and paid for in advance.
